Option 3: Credit Card Payment: By law, websites hosted within China (Mainland) cannot accept credit card payment without registration and authorization of relevant government department to avoid fraud transactions. If credit card payment is only option for you, please send your registration form to apwebwaim2019@126.com first, and indicate your interest of attending conference. You pay by credit card on-site at the registration desk upon your arrival to conference venue. The author/early bird registration rate will apply in this case.

3. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received in writing before July 25, 2019 will receive a refund less US $ 100 for administrative charges. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 25 2019. Refunds will be made after the conference. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
4. For APWeb-WAIM 2019 Authors
1) Each accepted main conference paper requires at least one full registration, even if all authors are students.
2) If you have more than one accepted papers, you have to register for each one individually. There is no discount if you have two or more papers accepted.
3) Main conference paper must complete a full registration before July 10, 2019 for their paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
4) Workshop authors of an accepted paper must complete a full registration before July 25, 2019 for their paper to be included in the LNCS proceedings.
5. Invitation Letter
Foreigners needing a special invitation letter in order to obtain visa may request it by emailing to apwebwaim2019@126.com.
6. Accommodation
The conference venue is Holiday Inn Chengdu Oriental Plaza（成都东方广场假日酒店）. The conference hotel provides APWeb-WAIM 2019 group rate for booking (see here). Alternatively, there are a few nice hotels in close vicinity of conference venue (at the city center of Chengdu). We suggest you to make the booking and secure the rooms as early as possible.
